Rikki manages the block Sabrina Collins is put in when she's arrested following an Occupy Natesville protest in "Single White Female Role Model".
Rikki claims to know Sabrina from when they were both in Girl Scouts, and when Sabrina cannot for the life of her remember who Rikki is, Rikki becomes determined to make Sabrina's two-week stay as horrible as possible.
She is portrayed by Katy Perry, who is a real-life close friend of Shannon Woodward (Sabrina).
